Position Overview


Chiesi Canada currently has an opening for an Executive Assistant position. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the planning and managing of the overall office environment as well as the management of the administrative needs for the President and Senior Vice President. The candidate will demonstrate a high level of integrity and discretion when dealing with highly confidential information and possess a high level of professionalism across all levels of the Company. The Executive Assistant will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with ease and comfort.  







Company


  • Act as the liaison and first point of contact between the executives and organizations.
  • Provide administrative support to the team in preparation for meetings and day to calendar management.
  • Scheduling, book travel and accommodations.
  • Logistical arrangements for meetings & administrative support for the smooth planning and execution of corporate meetings.
  • Oversight for all aspects of the physical office environment and serve as the point person for dealing with suppliers and vendors.
  • Management of expense reporting.
  • Preparation of meetings, agendas and minutes.
  • Management of filing of paper and electronic documents and other administrative records
  • Assistance in the preparation of presentations, documents, and other reports.
  • Maintenance of time allocation of the staff.


The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve processes
  • Self-directed and motivated with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time in a productive manner
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and effectively in a team


Compensation

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00
